Tensions involving Iran have severely disrupted shipping through the Strait of Hormuz, while Ukrainian attacks of Russian refineries have further strained fuel exports from the region.

The price of diesel has reached an all-time high, a result of the war in Iran and Ukraine's attacks on Russian refineries. That will matter across the supply chain.
