Leon Black, the founder and former CEO of Apollo Global Management, filed a lawsuit against the House Oversight Committee, which is investigating convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Black is seen here arriving for an earlier session of the panel, on June 26.

The billionaire investor is under two subpoenas from the House Oversight Committee. But in his lawsuit, Black says the panel doesn't have the authority to compel him to share nondisclosure agreements.
