Surrogate Gives Birth Amid Legal Dispute With Biological Parents

A baby born on Wednesday is now in the custody of his biological parents. The surrogate had fled to Texas to give birth after the parents asked her to terminate the pregnancy at 20 weeks when the baby was diagnosed with a severe heart defect. Now, the surrogate is fighting to get the baby back. NBC's Ryan Chandler reports for TODAY.
